2. SERVICE PLANS AND BILLING

- Scale Business Plan: Monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly billing at management discretion

Commission charges apply on sales processed through integrated channels as per current pricing structure available on our website.
3. FREE TRIAL POLICY
3.1 Trial Period
New subscribers to paid plans are eligible for a 14-day free trial from the date of account activation.
3.2 Trial Cancellation
- Subscribers may cancel during the trial period without any charges
- Cancellation must be initiated before trial expiry to avoid billing
- Trial access terminates immediately upon cancellation
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Cancellation Process
Subscribers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through:

4.2 Cancellation Effects
- Account remains active until the end of current billing cycle

- Technical service failures: When our platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days
Transaction/Commission Fees:
- Erroneous commission charges: When commission is incorrectly calculated or applied due to technical errors
- Double charging: Multiple deductions for same transaction due to system errors
- Failed/cancelled orders: Commission charged on orders that were later cancelled or failed to process
5.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Subscription Fees:
- Change of business requirements or mind after trial period
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Force majeure events affecting service availability
- Integration issues with third-party platforms beyond our control
Transaction/Commission Fees:
- Normal business operations and successfully processed transactions
- Commission on completed sales as per agreed terms
- Market fluctuations affecting business performance
5.3 Refund Request Timeline
- Subscription refunds: Must be requested within 7 days of billing date
- Transaction/commission refunds: Must be requested within 30 days of the disputed charge
- Technical issue refunds: Must be reported within 7 days of service disruption
6. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
