A Customer Success Manager (CSM) at UniSouk will be responsible for driving seller satisfaction, retention, and successful onboarding onto the ONDC platform, acting as the primary liaison between sellers and internal teams. The role involves onboarding and training new sellers, managing product setup, ensuring SLA compliance, addressing support issues, and conducting regular check-ins to drive growth and satisfaction. The CSM will also gather feedback for product improvements, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and track seller performance metrics. Candidates should have 1+ years of experience in customer success, e-commerce SaaS, or account management, with strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with CRM tools and onboarding automation.
